Please provide your name (same with your passport and/or birth certificate). YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PENALTIES resulting from discrepancies of the full name submitted with your name in your passport. You agree to share your passport and other personal information to UNLTD Travel and Tours, Inc.
All rates are subject to seat and fare availability. For travel package with flights, seat and fare availability may be limited per flight. Add-on fare may apply. Flight timings and options are subject to change depending on seat and fare availability at the time of confirmation.
Please make sure that your passports have expiry dates of at least 6 MONTHS after the scheduled departure date from the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents (passports, exit passes and visas if applicable) to enter the foreign country during the intended travel dates, unless this is specifically included in your travel package. Any charges and expenses incurred for obtaining these travel documents must be shouldered by the passenger. Failure to comply during the said date will automatically forfeit all payments made, whereas the organizers and UNLTD Travel are not held responsible for this matter.
Travel Package Change and Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation penalty of 10,000 Php per guest will be charged for any cancellations made after the payment of the confirmation fee. Add-on charges will apply should the group size falls below the minimum requirement.
Rebooking of flights and hotel accommodations must be requested at least 15 days before departure. This will be subject to applicable penalties, service fees and fare differences. Name changes will not be allowed after package confirmation. Package rates are VAT-exclusive and for Philippine-passport holders only.
The travel package is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and any cancellations will not be allowed. No refunds will be given for any payments already made. Changes and rebooking of flights and other travel arrangements can be made but will be subject to applicable penalties, service fees and fare differences.
A cancellation charge of 50% of the total package price will be charged for cancellation requests received at least 30 days before the original trip departure. A cancellation charge of 75% of the total package price will be charged for cancellation requests received 15 to 29 days before the original trip departure. The travel package is non-refundable, non-transferable and any cancellations will not be allowed within 14 days of the original trip departure. Credit Card Payments will only be allowed on the FLEX Rate and must be paid in FULL during the first payment schedule. Please contact your Account Manager for the FLEX Rate and other payment options or schedule. Additional fees will apply.
Travel Package Penalty and Surcharge:
Late confirmation and submission of passenger profile (including the valid ID or passport) and/or failure to send your deposit slip on or before the payment deadline will result to cancellation of your slot or increase in your package price. Guests who fail to pay during one of the payment deadlines will be charged Php 500 per calendar day that the payment is delayed. This applies even if you have made the payment before the deadline, but failed to send the deposit slip to UNLTD Travel before the deadline.
All guests must be FULLY PAID on or before the departure date of the trip. Guests with balance payments will not be allowed to travel and all payments made will be forfeited in favor of UNLTD Travel and Tours, Inc. All deadlines are based on 3:00 PM Philippine Time unless otherwise stated.
